Cayin RU9 has a very innovative audio circuitry that features both solid-state as well as tube amplification. The device has three timbre options: Classic Tube, Modern Tube, and Solid-Stage. Classic tube brings the rich, dense, tubey flavour that we are all aware of. Modern Tube timbre packs a cleaner and more refined version with a bit of brightness up top, all this while maintaining a smooth tube flavour. Thirdly, Solid State is achieved using OPAMPs, this section delivers a neutral tone with faster transients and natural sound reproduction. Users can experience three types of unique sound flavours with the Cayin RU9.
For the fans of wireless connections, Cayin RU9 supports wireless Bluetooth V5.1 connectivity for signal input. It supports high-definition wireless Bluetooth protocols, including LDAC, AptX HD, AptX LL, SBC, AAC, etc. Enjoy your music in its purest form, even in wireless Bluetooth connectivity with the Cayin RU9.
Cayin RU9 has a powerful, fully balanced amp section. It features advanced Hyper mode with DC connectivity that provides a strong output thrust of 1000mW at a 32Ω impedance load. For DC mode, the RU9 mode selector has to be on DC mode, and a power adapter needs to be connected.
