The Avija headband is a masterpiece of design and ergonomics. Engineered using advanced anatomical data, it maintains a constant 4N clamping force regardless of head size. The Avija features fixed, non-rotating ear cups. While rotating cups are often cited for desk convenience, we prioritized structural coherence over casual utility. The Avija’s ear cushions are an integral part of their acoustic optimisation. After extensive testing, we went beyond aesthetics and opted for perforated microfiber instead of genuine leather and custom-density memory foam, neither too firm nor too soft. This specific combination was crucial to achieving the desired sound signature.
