Your order is subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you and will not charge you. Any payments made will be refunded in full.

Returns Policy

  1. Return Periods
  • Unopened Items: You may return unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
  • Opened Items: You may return opened items within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection and a possible restocking fee.
  1. Exclusions The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Earphones: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earphones once the packaging has been opened.
  • Perishable Products: Perishable Items cannot be returned.
  • Limited Edition Products: Limited edition products are non-returnable.
  • Special Order Items: Items ordered specially at the customer’s request cannot be returned or exchanged.
  1. Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The item must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  2. Process for Returns
  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at sales@hifonix.co.uk or call 0121 382 5444 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • Step 2: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  1. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 – 14 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Please ensure both packaging and product are in sellable condition. If the packaging or good/s are not in sellable condition, a charge may be applied to compensate for lost value.

Either Hifonix or you may terminate your account at any time. If we terminate your account, you will be notified via email with an explanation, though we reserve the right to terminate without providing reasons.

Effect of Termination by Us

If we terminate your account, any current or pending orders will be cancelled and will not be dispatched.

Cancellation of Purchases

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase before processing payment or dispatch, without stating reasons.

Refunds on Cancellations

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any payments made will be refunded.

Termination by You

If you terminate your account, any unshipped purchases will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund for payments made.
