The Sundara headphones replace the well-known HE400 series, improving on all the criteria that made the famous Isoplanar headphones such a success, with several exceptional innovations.
The new Hifiman Sundara Silver headphones have mylar membranes 80% thinner than their predecessor, the HE400I. This technical feat increases the bandwidth beyond the audible spectrum (6hz to 76,000hz) to reveal the last primordial octaves of your favourite recordings. The slightest fundamental inflexions are thus translated in their entirety, revealing a wealth of detail that is the very essence of music.
The progress is not so much audio as visual. Hifiman has started from scratch, now offering headphones with an impeccable finish comparable to the market leaders. The Hifiman Sundara Silver is now clad in aluminium on the earcups, with a completely redesigned headband that puts gentle pressure on your ears without constriction or fatigue.
