CADMUS FOUNDER’S EDITION

In 2022 we launched Ares S Founder’s Edition, a limited edition run of 10, each handcrafted by Suyang. It was met with resounding support from all our fans and valued customers.

Cadmus Founder’s Edition reflects Suyang’s unbiased love of Cadmus.

To Suyang, Cadmus is unique for its ability to balance warmth and brightness while being crystal clear, all at an affordable price point.

Then he thought. How can we create a unique experience for fans of Cadmus?

By using Cadmus as a base, complementing it with new materials (Gold and Copper), and creating a brand-new geometry, a new passion product is born.

That is the Cadmus Founder’s Edition. A refinement of Cadmus that pushes its sonic potential.

The result is an improved Cadmus that boasts a more substantial mid-range body with elevated resolution and a wider soundstage.

We also understand that many of our supporters did not get a chance to experience the Ares S founder’s edition. As a result, the decision was made to increase the quantity compared to the Ares S Founder’s Edition, allowing more customers to experience this one-time-limited cable.

This special drop is limited to 100* pieces, and each piece will be marked with a unique number of 1 to 100.

MATERIAL

While approaching the sound design and pushing the limits of what our cables can sonically achieve at the given price range, we ensured that only top-grade materials were used. Applying the lessons learned from our flagship models and experience gained over the years, we are able to design and execute new outstanding cable geometries and structures to achieve audio quality worthy of Effect Audio’s stamp of approval.

SOUND

For this new series, we are putting our brand out there – Effect Audio, as a testament to great sound. Over the years, many economical options have emerged, and we are eager and confident to show that with our experience, we have what it takes to provide for exceptional value while exceeding sonic expectations for an entry-level cable.

DESIGN

In order to provide even more value to our customers, we have proudly designed a custom Y Split and Termination just for this Series. From the intricacy of multi-side polished/brushed aluminum mix to the raw beauty of the Forged Carbon Fibre, the design team spared no effort in creating an aesthetic that is a feast for the eyes.
