Desktop USB DAC / Amp
Connect to your computer via a USB Type-C port for use as a high-quality desktop USB DAC/amp, or connect to your HiFi rack or powered speakers for a uniquely fashionable HiFi desktop to call your own.

Desktop Bluetooth Receiver and Amplifier
Change to Bluetooth mode at the touch of a button, and receive audio via a slew of hi-res Bluetooth codecs such as UAT, LDAC, AAC and SBC to be decoded and output to desktop speakers and various other wired audio devices, opening a wireless world to them.
Massive Driving Power
Exceeding the power of a whole slew of desktop head amps, 1523mW drives all sorts of full-size headphones with ease.

Utilizing not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 of AKM’s highly acclaimed AK4493 DAC chips, the FD5 use current mode amplification to obtain heavy-duty power output and astronomical S/N ratio.
Discrete Power Supply
An isolated power supply is better at shielding the analogue conversion/amplification circuitry from EMI from the power supply and vice versa. The fully isolated power supply also contains power supply filtering and regeneration to fully isolate the FD5 from any “dirt” in the electricity grid.
Dual Femtosecond-grade Crystal Oscillators FPGA-Based Clock Regeneration System
Equipped with 45.158MHz and 49.152MHz femtosecond-grade audio-only crystal oscillators separately responsible for 44.1kHz-based and 48kHz-based audio, (encompassing all PCM audio up to 768kHz and beyond as well as all DSD rates) the system effectively eliminates jitter and supplies the audio system with a highly precise clock source, ensuring high quality from the digital section on out;
LPF LPF comprises 6 OPA1612 High-quality Headphone amplification sections including 2 ADA4625-2 Fully discrete headphone amplifiers formed of 32 hand-matched transistors.
Hi-Res Audio Support
Supports up to PCM 32/768 and DSD512 for format support in line with pro audio equipment and satisfying all consumer audio demands.
MQA 16x Unfolding
8x unfold of MQA files, giving master-tape quality audio reconstruction, a richer replay of the sound as intended a take-you-to-the-concert/studio experience!

Full Set of Ports
