Last year, HiBy also released a revamped R3ii, this time they are further enhancing the performance of the R3 series with another newly revamped model, meeting the all-new HiBy R3ii 2025. With the R3ii 2025, HiBy is upgrading the compact hi-res audio player with a new and powerful SoC chipset that offers smoother operation and stronger connectivity. They have also upgraded the player with a new intuitive UI featuring HiByOS which again helps smoothen the operation with a faster user interface. The R3ii 2025 houses the trusted ES9219C Dual DAC arrangement along with two independent femtosecond crystal oscillators. The New SoC Chipset
HiBy R3ii 2025 has been launched officially. It is available in Three colour options, Red, Black, and Silver.
The primary upgrade on the 2025 variant for the R3ii is the new SoC chipset. It now comes equipped with the X1600E chip which provides smoother and faster operation. Daily tasks like music scanning, and loading of cover art are faster than the previous generation R3ii. The new chip also promises stronger Bluetooth connectivity, ensuring a smoother and more stable wireless connection. The R3ii 2025 supports Wireless Bluetooth V5.1 connectivity for easy pairing with wireless Headphones and TWS earphones. We also have a new user interface on the R3ii 2025. This new user interface is also based on the trusted Linux-based HiByOS. It brings you an easy-to-navigate and smooth user interface. The scroll wheel allows for volume, settings, and other settings adjustments. The 3.2” touchscreen allows for easy navigation as well.
Premium Dual DAC chipset for crisp high-resolution audio signal processing
HiBy R3ii 2025 houses a premium dual DAC chipset for crisp high-resolution audio signal processing. The R3ii 2025 comes equipped with Dual ES9219C DAC chips. These are highly-trusted DAC chips from Sabre Technologies. They support premium quality high-resolution audio signal processing supporting up to 32-bit/384kHz PCM and native DSD256 audio signals on the device. HiBy has also equipped the R3ii 2025 with dual independent femtosecond crystal oscillators. They create the perfect low-phase noise jitter clocks. 45.1584 and 49.152MHz clocks deliver high-precision system clocks for all multiples of 44.1 and 48kHz signals. Enjoy crisp, defined, and properly processed hi-res audio signals with the HiBy R3ii 2025.

With a powerful amp section, the R3ii 2025 promises up to 340mW of output power which is more than enough to drive most IEMs and Headphones out there.
