FIIO’s proprietary four-channel fully differential 24-bit R2R resistor array DAC is composed of 48 precision thin-film resistors per channel, for a total of 192 resistors across four channels. Each resistor features 0.1% accuracy and low temperature drift (30ppm). This R2R DAC allows the K13 R2R to deliver a uniquely rich and musical sound.
The K13 R2R employs a fully differential architecture that leads to lower noise and fewer FFT harmonics, resulting in a darker music background.
With a wide variety of inputs and outputs, this unit functions as both a preamplifier and a power amplifier, catering to various listening preferences. It also supports PCM 384kHz/32bit and DSD256 decoding, allowing it to effortlessly process high-resolution audio signals to deliver rich sonic detail and for an outstanding listening experience.
With up to 18 low-noise LDOs and 5 DC-DC converters in total, this unit employs a multi-rail power supply to provide strong and clean power for exceptional audio output.
Premium ELNA RA3 series silk-film audio capacitors and specialised audio tantalum electrolytic capacitors work together to ensure a pure, stable power supply for the device, delivering a warm and natural sound.

Three gain levels, three independent volume curves
Different gain levels mean the K13 R2R is better able to adapt to various kinds of IEMs and headphones for better listening experiences. Moreover, volumes of PO and PRE can be memorised independently.
Protection mechanisms will automatically kick in when abnormal operating conditions are detected to avoid damage to the unit, making it safer to use.
Not only does the RGB lighting indicate the current audio sampling rate, but you can also customise the brightness, colours, and whether it pulses or not.
