FiiO K15 is among the first to feature dual high-end AKM AK4497S DAC chips, enhanced with AKM’s upgraded ‘VELVET SOUND’ technology. This audio architecture ensures low distortion, ultra-wide dynamic range, extended signal bandwidth, and impressively low power consumption. As a result, it delivers a natural and immersive sonic experience with rich detail from low to high frequencies. Equips Discrete Class-AB Headphone Amplifier for Powerful Output
FiiO K15 incorporates a fully discrete headphone amplifier circuit based on an OP + transistor current-boosting design. A complementary pair of ON Semiconductor MJE243G/253G transistors ensures high current, low impedance output. This setup provides a balanced output power of up to 3000mW + 3000mW, enabling the K15 to effortlessly drive both demanding full-sized headphones and sensitive in-ear monitors, producing a smooth, melodious, and natural sound signature.

Embeds Fully Balanced Circuit With Physically Isolated Boards
FiiO K15 employs a fully differential design from DAC decoding to headphone amplification. This architecture ensures a wide dynamic range and significantly reduces crosstalk and noise, elevating overall audio purity. Digital, analogue, and power sections reside on separate physical boards to ensure signal integrity. Two Accusilicon low-phase-noise femtosecond crystal oscillators (45.1584MHz and 49.1520MHz) ensure ultra-precise signal reproduction across all sampling rates for stable, high-fidelity playback.
Robust Power Supply Design for Maximum Isolation and Purity
FiiO K15 features a built-in next-gen 30W (12V-2.5A) industrial-grade power supply, supporting ultra-wide 85–305VAC input voltage and extreme operating temperatures (-40°C to 85°C). It also accepts external 12V-2.5A DC power inputs, including high-performance linear supplies for enhanced audio performance. A precisely segmented multi-stage analog power section handles DAC, LPF, and amplifier stages, using up to 14 low-dropout regulators to ensure clean, stable power delivery.

The 2 Nichicon 3300µF + 4 ELNA MILIC II + 8 ELNA RA3 Capacitors provide rich sound with enhanced stage depth. It utilises Beryl Capacitors for ultra-low ESR and excellent anti-interference properties. K15 is fused with silver-plated oxygen-free copper wires to ensure minimal signal loss across internal board connections.
Utilises Dual Master Processors For Smooth And Stable Operation
FiiO K15 is equipped with the high-performance multi-core X2000 processor featuring dual XBurst\@2 cores and a micro-core for low-power, high-efficiency audio processing. Additionally, the ESP32-S3 MCU includes a dual-core Xtensa 32-bit LX7 and an ultra-low-power coprocessor clocked up to 240MHz, ensuring seamless system control and snappy user interactions.
